She manages the budget, oversees all departments, makes the tough decisions, and isn't afraid to tell Santa when there just isn't enough time left before Christmas for his big new idea that it will have to wait tell next year. Every elf knows that if you really need something approved, you go to Mrs. Claus. She's been running Christmas operations for over 1,000 years and has forgotten more about logistics than most elves will ever know.
