💳 3. REFUND POLICY

At Santa Magic, we strive to deliver magical, high-quality Christmas experiences for families. This Refund Policy explains how credit purchases and refunds are handled.

1. Digital Credits Are Non-Refundable

All purchases of Santa Magic credits are final.

We do not offer:

  • Cash refunds
  • Partial refunds
  • Refunds for unused credits
  • Refunds for accidental purchases

This includes credits purchased through:

  • Apple In-App Purchases
  • Google Play Billing
  • Stripe
  • RevenueCat

2. Credit Replacement for Poor Experiences

While credits are non-refundable, we want every user to be delighted.

If:

  • A video fails to render
  • An avatar behaves incorrectly
  • A feature glitches
  • Something does not meet expectations

You may submit a support ticket inside the app/portal.

Upon review, we may issue:

  • Replacement credits
  • A redo of the experience

This is entirely discretionary and based on the situation.

3. App Store Rules

If you purchased credits through Apple or Google:

  • Apple/Google may enforce their own policies
  • Disputes must follow app store rules
  • Chargebacks for used credits may result in account limitations

4. Unauthorized Purchases

If an unauthorized purchase occurs:

  • Contact us immediately
  • Contact your payment provider or app store
  • We may temporarily suspend account activity during investigation

5. No Refunds for Shared or Downloaded Content

Once a Santa Magic experience is created:

  • You may freely share it
  • We cannot revoke digital content already delivered
  • Delivered videos/experiences are not refundable
